Notice: Arrival of Limited Seasonal Sake "Gangi Natsu Karakuchi Junmai"

With the arrival of early summer, we have started offering summer sake from June.

This local sake from Iwakuni City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, "Gangi Natsu Karakuchi Junmai" by Yaoshin Shuzo, has the theme:

”辛く感じさせない辛口”。

While it has a sharp finish, the mouthfeel is surprisingly soft, making it a very refreshing sake that you may fall in love with at first sip.

It pairs perfectly with summer vegetable tempura or lightly prepared tempura.
