  • It refers to raw fabric before processing, pottery before glazing, bread dough, human hair, bare skin— all things that are considered raw materials.
  • Each has its own unique characteristics—simple yet complete, without anything unnecessary. We want to enhance and deliver the natural beauty of these materials.
  • Through our cuisine, we aim to achieve this vision. With "cherishing the beauty of raw materials" as our core theme, we named our restaurant "kiji."
  • In our calm and inviting space in Nakatsu, we will continue striving to provide a place where every customer, regardless of the occasion, can enjoy seasonal food and drinks in their own way, relax, and create special memories.
