2025 Homemade Plum Wine is Ready!
We have great news!
Our homemade plum wine prepared in June is finally ready to serve.
This year, we prepared these two varieties:
"Honey Plum Wine Made with Sake"
"Plum Wine Made with Aka Kirishima MELT"
The honey plum wine made with sake exceeded our expectations - we couldn't help but celebrate with a fist pump after the first sip.
The elegant flavor of Takashimizu Junmai Daiginjo sake beautifully combines with the sweet and sour notes of honey and plum.
Even our staff member gave it their stamp of approval, saying "This is the most delicious plum wine I've ever tasted."
We especially recommend it as a soda highball, but be careful not to drink too much - it's so good you might forget it's alcoholic!
For the upcoming season, we also highly recommend trying it as hot plum wine!
The Aka Kirishima MELT plum wine has a rich, mature flavor thanks to the aged shochu base.
We're considering letting it age for a few more months.
It's perfect for savoring slowly on the rocks.
