We are pleased to announce the arrival of the renowned sake brand "Zaku"! Thanks to our trusted sake shop in Nishinomiya, who contacted us early, we were able to secure this shipment once again.

"Gennnotomo Junmai"

Features a fresh aroma reminiscent of green apples with crisp acidity. The gentle sweetness derived from rice spreads refreshingly, leaving a pleasant lingering acidity on the palate. An excellently balanced sake that also works wonderfully as a food pairing wine.

"Miyabinotomo Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo"

A luxurious bottling using only the "nakadori" (middle pressing), the clearest portion of the sake, excluding the rough initial pressing and final pressing. Enjoy the rich, fruity, and elegant aroma along with the delicate and refined taste from 100% Yamada Nishiki rice.
