Participating in "Kansai TV Festival 2025 Yo-i Don! & Toretate! Fest"
Thank you for your continued support.
This is Sasaki, the owner of restaurant kiji.
It's mid-October now, and we're finally enjoying more pleasant weather.
How have you all been?
As for me, I've been grateful to have busy days since entering October.
The reason is──
Through the connection made when our restaurant kiji was featured on Kansai TV's "Yo-i Don!" program in the "Tonari no Ningen Kokuho-san" (Neighbor's Living National Treasure) segment that aired on August 12th,
we have been invited to participate in the "Kansai TV Festival 2025 Yo-i Don! & Toretate! Fest."
Currently, we're preparing for the event between our regular business hours.
Actually, I'm an avid bread lover... I bake bread whenever I have free time.
During the program recording, I talked about bread for about an hour and a half straight, which led to serving homemade bread to the TV personalities. (laughs)
As a result, I was gratefully recognized as a "Neighbor's Living National Treasure."
Now, regarding the important matter of our event products,
of course, we'll be selling our original bread. Everything is a challenge.
We'll be offering warm vegetable potage that brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients, and homemade bread crafted with focus on the deliciousness of the dough.
We'll also have take-home sets of seasonal bread baked fresh on the morning of the event.
This will be a new challenge different from our Japanese restaurant, but we'll continue to give it our all. Please look forward to the event.
