Welcoming Our First Autumn

Although the daytime sun is still strong and the lingering heat remains, we can feel a slight coolness in the morning and evening.

And before we knew it, six months have passed since opening restaurant kiji, and we are welcoming our first autumn.

Thanks to all of you, we were able to welcome many customers this summer and spend time filled with smiles.

The summer-limited shaved ice business that started in July was also visited by many customers every day, and we are very grateful that it was a great success.

For me personally, it seems that my new challenge has borne fruit, and I couldn't be happier.

Sometimes we were busy in the kitchen, but the words "It was delicious" and "We'll come again" from everyone were the greatest encouragement.

We will continue to value not only our cuisine but also creating a comfortable space where you can take a relaxing break.
