Notice of Seasonal Omakase Course Menu Change

Our seasonal omakase course will finally begin its summer menu.

The course features Minazuki Tofu, inspired by "Minazuki," a traditional Kyoto confectionery eaten in June to pray for good health, as well as colorful and fresh summer vegetables and plenty of early summer flavors.

Scheduled until mid-July.

Simmered Japanese Ivory Shell
Shrimp Castella Egg with Sudachi Miso
Assorted Sashimi
Grilled Scabbard Fish with Sea Urchin
Chilled Shabu-shabu Beef and Tomato with Silver Sauce
Clay Pot Rice with New Ginger and Octopus
Lightly Pickled Mizunasu Eggplant
Roasted Green Tea and Peach Sorbet

Although it is only for a short period until the height of summer,

please enjoy the refreshing colors and flavors that can only be experienced at this time of year.
